After spending Christmas at فندق جاردن فيو in Tabuk, my experience was mixed. the reception staff were friendly and accommodating, providing a warm welcome. However, the room conditions were extremely poor, with cleanliness and services severely lacking. the breakfast was minimal and not replenished promptly, and the staff's behavior left much to be desired. the location was excellent, with free parking and easy access to the city and sights, making it a convenient choice for exploring Tabuk. Despite the shortcomings, the hotel staff, especially Maryam, made efforts to make our stay enjoyable. the hotel has potential, but improvements in cleanliness and service are necessary for a truly pleasant stay.
